We are familiar with the requirements for each part: Work platform, Slewing Platform, lift Arms, boom Base, boom Beams, boom lift Control panels, Man basket, boom sleeve, etc. 


The longest bending we’ve been producing in one shot is 236 inches. 


It is equipped with 44 sets of welding robots working in 2 shifts. And many other advanced types of equipment include Laser Cutter, Plasma Cutter, Automatic Multi-bends, robotic bending machines, four powder coating lines, etc. 


We are professional in manufacturing all kinds of Metal Fabrication for Boom lift parts; 2023will be the 20th anniversary of our company. And our engineering team has more extended experience than this.

Robotic welding area, 44 sets are working in two shifts.



Weld quality inspection standard

1. Appearance, size, and shape comply with relevant technical standards and design drawings.

2. There is no surface crack, incomplete penetration, incomplete fusion, air hole in the weld—caters, or unfilled and visible slag inclusions. The welding slag and spatter on both sides of the weld must be removed.

3. Smooth transition shall be made between weld and base metal.

4. For pressure vessels, austenitic stainless steel pressure vessels, and low-temperature pressure vessels made of materials with the lower limit of standard tensile strength greater than or equal to 540Mpa, undercut is not allowed. Other undercut depths shall not be greater than 0.5mm. The continuous undercut shall not be greater than 100mm, and the total length of the weld undercut shall not be greater than 10% of the weld length.

5. The foot weld shall smoothly transition with the base metal.
